Hi. My name is Alex
Greetings sports fans! Thanks for coming to my personal sports blog. I’m Alex. While I like to talk all sports, my main areas of focus on this site are: Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bears, and Chicago Bulls.
About me. I am 26 years old living in the Chicagoland area, who obviously loves sports. I currently work full-time in the travel industry as a Global Distribution System advertising media campaign manager. I also write about the Cubs for FanSided’s Cubbies Crib as well as co-host a weekly Chicago Sports podcast with Shawn Hoppman called Bill Swerski Sports Talk Chicago. Shawn and I also did some fun Bears broadcasts on Hot Mic during the 2019 season. Be sure to check those out! I also like to do oil, watercolor, and acrylic paintings and draw.
I had gone to college wanting to work in sports media, and while that dream is not fully gone as of right now, I have stepped away from making that a number-one priority in life and decided it would be more enjoyable as a side gig for fun. I had made many friends on Sports Twitter over the years and still try to stay connected with them, despite the fact I axed my original account back in August of 2020.
I hope this platform allows me to stay connected with sports fans and share my honest feelings!
